Title: Advanced Training Initiative (ATI) – PDPM Training for Nursing Home Workers (E-course)
This 4 module training is available to nursing home workers and is part of the Advanced Training Initiative that is funded by the New York State Department of Health, and is a collaborative effort between the employers, 1199SEIU United Health Care Workers East, and the 1199SEIU Training and Employment Funds. The modules are as follows:
- Module 1: How Nursing Homes are Paid
- Module 2: Understanding the Components of PDPM
- Module 3: Accurate Reporting of the Resident’s Functional Status
- Module 4: The Critical Role of CNAs in the Provision of High-Quality, Skilled Nursing Care
